E-Procurement

In 2013, IIGF has completed the development of an E-Procurement application for the procurement of goods and services.

Through the E-Procurement system, goods and services vendors could register their companies as registered supplier, obtain information on goods and services packages being offered for tender, submit their bids, and track the bid status and tender result, all through a convenient online process. This makes the procurement process more efficient as well as transparent.

The E-Procurement system handles the procurement of goods and services needed in the daily operational activities of IIGF, such as office equipment, office stationery, print materials, computer and IT equipment, and other such items. The E-Procurement system has been fully implemented since April 2013.
